Abstract

The paper explores the intricate legal aspects surrounding humanitarian aid and relief efforts. The study examines the rights and responsibilities of various actors, including governments, NGOs, and international organizations, in the provision of aid. It also addresses the challenges faced in ensuring legal compliance and the protection of vulnerable populations during humanitarian crises. The paper analyzes case studies to illustrate the practical implications of legal obligations in real-world scenarios.
